Overview
- Nintendo confirmed Wednesday that it will offer playable demos of new Switch 2 games at San Diego Comic‑Con, with booth activations running July 23–26.
- Splatoon Raiders will launch July 23 and be playable at Nintendo’s Hall A, booth #235, with demoable tank classes called Power Tank, Speed Tank and Tactical Tank plus selectable gadgets.
- Nintendo Switch Sports Resort will hold the first U.S. hands‑on sessions inside The Pointe at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront and is scheduled to launch on October 22 for Nintendo Switch 2, with attendees able to try four of the game’s 12 sports.
- On July 23 visitors who have played Sports Resort may be randomly selected to compete on The Promenade against social creator Christian “The Rizzler” during a 1:30–3:30 p.m. stage event and no prizes will be awarded.
- Nintendo is extending the promo beyond the convention floor with family activities, live gameplay screens, stage broadcasts and a Splatoon Raiders–branded trolley running through downtown San Diego to boost on‑site engagement.
