  • Jets general manager Kevin Cheveldayoff presented Niederreiter with the commemorative stick in a pregame ceremony at Canada Life Centre.
  • Niederreiter was held without a point in the game but finished plus-1 with two hits across 15:45 of ice time.
  • The winger has six goals and nine assists through 31 games this season in what is his fourth campaign with Winnipeg after a February 2023 trade.
  • Over 1,000 games with the Islanders, Wild, Hurricanes, Predators, and Jets, he has compiled 246 goals and 249 assists for 495 points, ranking third among Swiss-born NHL players.
  • Drafted fifth overall in 2010, he owns seven 20-goal seasons and 11 campaigns of 30-plus points, and he was named in June to Switzerland’s 2026 Olympic roster.
