- Collaboration with Akhara Ghar Cine Society marks an expansion from the festival’s earlier Dibrugarh editions hosted by RedCardinal Motion Pictures.
- From 162 submissions across 15 countries, 40 films advanced to final nominations after evaluation by an international panel.
- The day-long programme opens with the Bhupen Zubeen Quiz, followed by screenings of 11 short films and short documentaries and industry panel discussions.
