  • Seven accused are listed, including Lashkar-e-Taiba and The Resistance Front as legal entities, Pakistan-based handler Sajid Jatt, three Pakistani gunmen, and two local collaborators.
  • The attackers are identified as Faisal Jatt alias Suleman Shah, Habeeb Tahir alias Jibran, and Hamza Afghani, who were later killed by security forces in July during Operation Mahadev near Srinagar.
  • Prosecutors invoked the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the Arms Act, and UAPA, along with provisions for waging war against India.
