NHC Tracks Three Atlantic Disturbances as El Niño Keeps Season Muted

Strong El Niño-driven wind shear and a plume of Saharan dust are suppressing Atlantic storm growth, leaving a developing Pacific system as the more immediate threat to Hawaii.
