- The NFL announced on Sunday that Jacobs has been placed on the Commissioner's Exempt List, which removes him from practice and game-day rosters while the league conducts its review.
- Brown County prosecutors filed misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal damage to property on Aug. 27 after reviewing evidence that included garage surveillance footage that prosecutors say corroborated the alleged victim’s account.
