Overview
- The new construction wall, which went up Monday behind Cinderella Castle, closes the far-right path by the Mirabel meet-and-greet and makes Cinderella’s Wishing Well off-limits.
- The main passage through the castle stays open, and guests can still reach Cinderella’s Royal Table, Sir Mickey’s, and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, though entries and the Fairy Godmother meet-and-greet queue feel tighter.
- With the Fantasyland side narrowed, guests coming from Tomorrowland or the hub may need to detour via the Liberty Square bridge or loop through other routes because rolling planters now block that connector.
- The repaint has moved forward with blue turrets finished and most pink tones removed, while some attached structures and roof sections are still being refreshed and the castle moat remains drained.
- Disney began the repaint in January to shift back to a classic blue-gray look, and outlets report steady progress, but the company has not announced a completion date.
