- From January through October 2025, 2,987 Deutsche Bahn employees were recorded as crime victims, including 1,148 threats, 1,231 bodily injuries and 324 dangerous bodily injuries.
- For the same period, police intake statistics list 9,329 Bundespolizei employees as victims, comprising 7,529 cases of resistance, 2,981 physical attacks and 1,796 threats, with a rising trend.
- On average, Bahn staff faced five physical attacks and about four threats per day, while roughly 30 federal police employees were victimized daily.
