- Season 2 goes live Friday, October 16, with 2K scheduling the rollout to activate new content across MyCAREER, MyTEAM and The City.
- Developers released Patch 2.0 before the season to fix shooting timing, steals, dribbling and mode bugs and to prepare for the platform-staggered update.
- GOAT Builds are the headline feature and will exceed normal MyPLAYER caps so players can access full badges and cap breakers for recreated legends and stars.
- The City will get a remastered Sunset Beach and Crew Divisions will receive faster progression with Double Crew XP, a 25% REP boost and adjusted difficulty.
- Season 2 includes a 40-level Season Pass with free and paid tracks offering up to 80 items and instant MyTEAM rewards for paid purchasers and new 2K Beats mixes curated in part by Tyrese Haliburton.
