NASCAR Reveals 16-Turn, 3.4-Mile Coronado Street Course for 2026 San Diego Weekend

  • NASCAR released digital renderings and an animated walkthrough of the Naval Base Coronado layout, a 16-turn, 3.4-mile course that will be the longest track on the 2026 schedule and will replace Chicago’s street race next year.
  • Racing is set for June 19–21, 2026, with the Craftsman Truck Series on Friday, the Xfinity Series on Saturday, and the Cup Series headlining on Sunday.
  • Friday will serve as Navy Community Day with access limited to Naval Base Coronado personnel and a small number of Coronado residents.
  • The San Diego event marks NASCAR’s first race on an active U.S. military base, positioned within the U.S. Navy’s 250th-anniversary observance and presented by Anduril.
