  • The Union-approved outlay is reported at ₹887 crore with a hybrid split of ₹470 crore by MbPA and ₹417 crore by a private operator, though another report cites a fully port-led ₹450 crore plan.
  • The project spans about 12 hectares with berths for 424 yachts and onshore development over 4.2 hectares, including a 322-room hotel, clubhouse, repair yards and a multi-level car park for 780 cars.
  • The bid deadline was extended to January 2026 to accommodate CRZ processes, and construction is expected to start in 2026 subject to statutory clearances, with completion targeted for January 2029.
  • The marina site centers on Princess and Victoria Docks in South Mumbai and is positioned as part of the Eastern Waterfront redevelopment with projections of more than 2,000 jobs.
