Overview

  • Western Railway will post nearly 700 GRP and RPF personnel at Dadar with 160 CCTV cameras, 24x7 helpdesks, barricades, rope segregation and clear signage for crowd control.
  • Central Railway will run 12 midnight suburban specials between Parel–Kalyan and KurlaPanvel, operating roughly from 12:45 am to 4:00 am to handle the late‑night surge.
  • BEST has scheduled 17 overnight buses from December 4–6, 42 extra services on December 6, and 10 special AC electric buses for Ambedkar memorial visits, alongside temporary power connections, generators and expanded lighting.
