Overview
- Filming began Thursday morning when a Joyn bus opened on Düsseldorf’s Königsallee and the 16 contestants scattered in all directions.
- Competitors must stay free for five days within a 200‑kilometre radius of Düsseldorf without money or phones while Hunters Max Schradin, Joey Kelly and Otto “Bulletproof” Karrasch pursue them.
- Members of the public can materially assist fugitives with shelter, rides or funds, or submit location tips to the Hunters.
- The lineup mixes reality veterans, entertainers and athletes, including Mirja du Mont, Janine Kunze, Markus Babbel, Jürgen Milski, René Casselly and Julia Römmelt.
- Early on-the-ground moments included Römmelt taking a reporter’s lift and briefly using his phone, as production runs March 12–16 for a 12‑episode season debuting March 31.
