- Morelia’s security chief detailed a finalized operation for the May 18 downtown concert by La Arrolladora Banda El Limón to mark the city’s 485th anniversary.
- About 250 additional municipal police will be deployed to manage crowds and direct traffic during the event.
- Entry will run through checkpoints at Ignacio Zaragoza, Benito Juárez, Morelos Norte, Morelos Sur, and the San Agustín cul-de-sac to control access to the concert zone.
