- STF minister Alexandre de Moraes approved federal deputy Guilherme Derrite’s request to visit Jair Bolsonaro at the Papudinha unit.
- The visit is set for February 25 from 8:00 to 10:00 at the 19th PMDF Battalion inside the Papuda complex in Brasília.
- Bolsonaro is serving a 27-year, three-month sentence in a closed regime for an attempted coup and has been held at Papudinha since his January 15 transfer from Federal Police custody.
- Additional visitation requests submitted on February 14 remain awaiting Moraes’s rulings.
- Derrite is the House rapporteur for the Antifacção bill, previously served as São Paulo’s public security secretary, and received authorization to visit Bolsonaro during his house arrest in 2025.
