- School staff and a resource officer responded to Horizon Middle School East after about 12 students showed symptoms from unknown candy and two were taken to the hospital on Monday.

- Martin Jay Hulst and Amanda Rhae Hulst were arrested after arriving at the Fargo airport and now face multiple felony counts including intent to sell drugs and child endangerment while the children from the home have been referred to county social services.
