Overview

  • The scheme carries a six-year outlay of ₹1 lakh crore with ₹20,000 crore earmarked for FY2025–26 from the Consolidated Fund of India.
  • The corpus sits in a Special Purpose Fund under ANRF and will be channelled via AIFs, DFIs and NBFCs rather than direct company investments.
  • Financial tools include long-term low or zero‑interest loans, equity stakes and contributions to a Deep‑Tech Fund of Funds, while grants and short‑term loans are excluded.
  • ESTIC 2025 runs November 3–5 at Bharat Mandapam with 3,000+ participants and sessions across 11 priority areas such as AI, semiconductors, quantum, space and bio‑manufacturing.
