Modi Meets Kerala BJP Delegation, Says State Is Looking to BJP-NDA

  • He assured the delegation that he will visit Kerala to campaign for the upcoming Assembly elections, which they said lifted their confidence.
  • The meeting was part of a three-day ‘BJP 4 Viksit Keralam’ programme designed to build administrative and governance skills for implementing central schemes.
  • The BJP is spotlighting its control of the Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation after winning 50 of 101 wards with support from one Independent, and the delegation also visited Parliament to meet C. P. Radhakrishnan and S. Jaishankar.
