Minnesota Infant Named Gerber’s 2026 Baby in Live TODAY Reveal

Gerber framed this year’s Photo Search to spotlight caregivers, awarding the family $50,000, a childrenswear wardrobe and year-long campaign exposure.

Overview

  • Gerber announced on Tuesday that 10-month-old Cameron Chung is the 2026 Gerber Baby after a live reveal on TODAY, and the family appeared on the show during the announcement.
  • As part of his year as Gerber Baby, Cameron and his parents will receive $50,000, a Gerber Childrenswear “Grow With Us” wardrobe valued at $2,000, and regular appearances in Gerber’s marketing and social channels.
  • The winning image, taken by Cameron’s mother after a cold Minnesota walk, captured what his parents call his first intentional smile following months of colic and a difficult postpartum period.
  • Gerber also introduced the Get’ems!® from Gerber category for ages 3–5 and named Jolene “Joey” Rider of California its inaugural winner, who will receive $10,000 and a $500 childrenswear wardrobe.
  • The 2026 Photo Search used the brand’s “Behind the Baby” theme to honor parents, drew more than 100,000 nationwide entries, and continues a nearly century-old Gerber tradition that the company now uses as a marketing platform.
