Overview
- Military prosecutors filed an indictment Thursday charging Shadi Juma with “causing death with intent while acting in concert,” the military-law equivalent of murder.
- Israeli security forces arrested Juma in a recent joint operation in Qalqilya led by the IDF, the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) and the Gideonim Unit, which enabled prosecutors to bring charges.
