MHADA Sets Feb. 12 Pune Lottery Reveal, Plans Extra 3,000-Home Draw in March

The expanded pipeline follows 2.15 lakh applications for 4,186 Pune units, highlighting sustained demand for affordable housing.

  • The Pune lottery results will be announced at 12 pm on February 12 via a YouTube livestream from the Sharadchandra Pawar Auditorium, with CEO Sanjeev Jaiswal joining by video.
  • The current Pune offer totals 4,186 homes, including 3,322 under the 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme and 864 under the 15% Social Housing Scheme across Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and PMRDA areas.
  • MHADA’s Pune Board chairman Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil said an additional lottery for about 3,000 affordable homes will be conducted in March.
  • In Mumbai, MHADA expects to offer roughly 5,000 homes over the next two to three months, with around half likely in Goregaon and stock across areas such as Kandivali, Wadala, Powai, Ghatkopar, Byculla, Tardeo, Lower Parel, Sion, Juhu and Andheri.
  • The separate sale of 120 Mumbai flats on a first-come, first-served basis has its online registration postponed for technical reasons, with MHADA noting these are unsold units from earlier lotteries and prices ranging from about ₹38 lakh to over ₹8 crore according to sources.
