- Ravisa Autos del Oriente received a 175,367‑peso fine and a three‑month ban after a false fiscal certificate was detected in the pickup truck tender LA-10-LAU-010LAU001-N-77-2025 overseen by the Economy Ministry’s internal control office.
- Gen Industrial and Escore Alimentos were each fined 157,685 pesos and banned for three months over false information in tenders LA-12-NBB-012NBB001-N-1-2023 for waste collection and LA-12-M7F-012M7F002-N-8-2023 for food services, resolved by the Health Ministry’s internal control office.
- These actions follow Dec. 29 DOF publications penalizing Constructora Rusva, B&G Construcción y Rehabilitación de Redes, Eyasa and Mustache Software for falsified records in CAEM water projects and a Lotería Nacional software bid, with fines up to 977,130 pesos and bans up to 18 months.
- Publication in the Diario Oficial and listing in the federal sanctions directory block the companies from new federal contracts during the ineligibility period, with the right to challenge the resolutions preserved.
