- After peaking in late 2025, returns eased to 14,730 in January and 14,191 in February 2026, with 8,428 recorded from March 1–18.
- Of the returns logged since Jan. 20, 2025, 154,072 occurred by land and 35,758 by air.
- Reception runs at 11 northern border points plus the Villahermosa and Tapachula airports, supported by eight centers across seven states with capacity for about 1,600 people daily.
