- Environmental agencies, citing Friday’s extremely poor readings in parts of the metro area, warned a contingency could trigger Doble Hoy No Circula vehicle bans.
- No contingency had been declared by late Friday or early Saturday, so the standard rules remain in place from 5:00 to 22:00 across Mexico City and 18 State of Mexico municipalities, as well as the Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco metro zones.
- For this fourth Saturday of the month, cars with verification hologram 1 and even plate endings 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, plus all vehicles with hologram 2, must stay off the road from 5:00 to 22:00.
