- The program, which runs 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, bars pink-sticker cars with plates ending in 7 or 8 that hold verification hologram 1 or 2.
- Environmental officials report no active contingency, so the two-sticker Doble Hoy No Circula is not in effect after recent restrictions were lifted.
- Vehicles with hologram 00 or 0, electric and hybrid cars, emergency and public-service units, motorcycles, and cars with disability plates may circulate.
