Overview
- Clara Brugada inaugurated Utopía Acatitla on Sunday after a 119 million peso investment, and the complex will be open daily from 09:00 to 23:00 to serve residents with extended hours.
- The facility sits on a recovered site of more than 16,000 square meters but was built on roughly 5,000 square meters because of engineering limits caused by subsidence and fissures.
