- Electronic voting runs from August 4 to 14 daily between 09:00 and 17:00 ahead of the in-person vote on August 17.

- Registered participants will choose one project among 13,357 citizen-submitted proposals spanning 1,781 territorial units to allocate over 2 billion pesos.
- Voting options include the online SEI platform, institute-provided offline tablets and printed ballots to ensure access for homebound citizens, caregivers and detainees.
