  • Police said the fire was contained, the road between Harbour View and South Street reopened, and no casualties were reported.
  • Fire crews extinguished the blaze by roughly 11:30am and left the scene around 1pm, with police indicating the area is safe and the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
  • Witnesses reported a loud bang and smoke visible from miles away, and the cause of the fire has not yet been established.
