  • Users can trade 24 hours a day, five days a week in a self-custodial wallet without opening a traditional brokerage account.
  • Tokens mirror market prices but do not grant ownership or shareholder rights and are not registered under U.S. securities laws.
  • Service access is blocked in the U.S., U.K. and Canada, and purchases are made with USDC on the Ethereum mainnet.
  • Consensys CEO Joe Lubin described the approach as a better model for financial transactions, with the tokenized asset market estimated above $22 billion and Ark Invest projecting up to $11 trillion by 2030.
