Met Police Appeal After Beckton Bus–Cyclist Crash Leaves 43-Year-Old in Life-Threatening Condition

• Police were called at 17:51 on Tuesday, 10 March, to a collision between a bus and a cyclist on Atlantis Avenue in Beckton.
• A 43-year-old cyclist was treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital, where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
• Officers responded with support from London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
• The bus driver remained at the scene and is assisting police inquiries, and no arrests have been made at this stage.
