- CPSC posted the recall on Feb. 19, 2026, covering MCS and Lullaby Lane one-piece sleepers in 12-, 18- and 24-month sizes.
- About 10 styles with specific sewn-in style numbers are included, with tags showing the brand, size and “Made in Thailand.”
- The garments were sold at Meijer stores in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Kentucky from December 2024 through October 2025 for about $5 to $12.
- Consumers are instructed to stop using the pajamas immediately and return them to Meijer for a full refund, with details available on the retailer’s recall page or via customer service.
- No injuries or incidents have been reported to date, according to the CPSC.
