  • The Maryland Medical Examiner’s Office said Oduor died from blunt force head injuries in the setting of intoxication complicated by drowning.
  • His body was recovered from the Inner Harbor nearly two weeks after he went missing following a night out in Fells Point.
  • He was last seen April 4 on Thames Street, and surveillance showed him outside a Fells Point bar after he was escorted out, according to his girlfriend.
  • Five days after that sighting, his bicycle was found on the 600 block of South President Street as family and friends searched for him.
  • Residents started a Make Baltimore’s Waterfront Safe petition that urges the city to install railings, vehicle barriers, and stronger lighting to prevent falls into the water.
