Mazgaon Court Clerk Granted Bail in Rs 15 Lakh Bribery Case as ACB Probes Judge

- Prosecutors told the court they have prima facie evidence of active involvement by both the clerk and the judge, citing recorded WhatsApp communications under forensic review.
- Investigators say they are also probing potential involvement of other public servants, and no arrest of Judge Kazi has been reported.
