Max Says It Has 75 Million Users as December Daily Reach Hits 45 Million

The VK-developed messenger is coupling rapid adoption with a push to onboard older Muscovites through a new 'Osvoi Max' training program.

  • On December 16, Max and the Moscow Longevity project began the six-lesson 'Osvoi Max' course for residents aged 55 and older in 11 flagship centers, with expansion planned across the program's network and partners.
  • The app launched in beta in March within VK's ecosystem, is available in the App Store, RuStore and Google Play, and about 10 million registered users are from the older generation, according to product director Evgeny Shirinikin.
