- The Municipality of General Pueyrredón signed the delivery act on November 5, transferring control of the José María Minella stadium, the Polideportivo Islas Malvinas and surrounding park areas to Minella Stadium SA for 30 years with a 10-year option.
- Minella Stadium SA is the vehicle of Brazil’s Grupo Revee with Argentina’s Pro Enter, reported as the sole bidder in the tender adjudicated on August 28.
- The concessionaire outlined plans to repair the roofed stand closed since 2022, install CONMEBOL-standard lighting, add new bathrooms and transmission booths, and build gastronomic, retail and gaming areas, with physical works yet to begin.
