- Mann, who announced the Rs 57.80 crore plan for Attari on Friday, said 121 roads covering 137 km will be rebuilt to improve links in the border constituency.
- A day earlier in Batala, he launched a Rs 177 crore package focused on city works, market facilities and highways to upgrade services and cut congestion.
- The Batala plan includes new bridges, a modern bus stand to ease traffic, and Rs 14.81 crore for new police lines to bolster law and order.
