Man Killed by Train Near Anoka County Fair

Investigators are probing how he became trapped while trying to cross in front of a BNSF train.

  • Traffic for fairgoers was disrupted and some attendees were assisted by Metro Transit to get back to their vehicles; authorities reported no other injuries and BNSF said its crew was not hurt.
