Overview
- Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at about 00:41 on Wednesday after reports of a stabbing on North Road, Southall, where officers and paramedics found two injured men and a man in his 20s was pronounced dead.
- Seven men aged from their early 20s to late 30s were arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder; six remain in custody and a seventh in his 30s has been taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening.
- Detective Chief Inspector Matthew Denby is leading the Specialist Crime Command inquiry and said investigators believe both men were wounded during an altercation outside a property on North Road.
