Overview
- Kevin Singh was arrested Tuesday, June 23, and formally charged Wednesday with two Level 6 felonies for stalking and intimidation plus a misdemeanor count of harassment.
- Prosecutors say Singh repeatedly sent threatening and sexually explicit messages on social media and on Sept. 30, 2025 he hand-delivered a package addressed to “Sophie” at Gainbridge Fieldhouse that security opened.
- Sophie Cunningham told investigators the messages and the delivery made her feel unsafe, caused nightmares, and led her to stay home more often and watch her surroundings closely.
- Singh is already on probation in Hendricks County for prior invasion-of-privacy convictions and prosecutors have asked for a seven-day hold, a greater-than-standard bond, GPS monitoring, home detention, and a stay-away order from the arena.
- The case follows a recent stalking conviction tied to another Fever player and has prompted teams to use bans and cease-and-desist orders while law enforcement pursues both criminal charges and separate civil claims filed by Singh on June 11.
