Overview
- NYPD arrested 34-year-old Bairon Hernandez and charged him with attempted murder, attempted assault, assault and reckless endangerment after two riders were shoved onto the tracks at Lexington Avenue–63rd Street.
- Police say the attacks were unprovoked; a 30-year-old identified as John Rodriguez and 83-year-old Richard Williams were pushed onto the southbound F/Q tracks around 11:30 a.m. Sunday.
