Man Arrested After Alleged Stalking, Indecent Exposure and Attempted Break-In From Kohl’s

Investigators say the case could connect to two separate stalking incidents from 2025.

Overview

  • Police say a 20-year-old Bowie man followed a pregnant woman inside a Kohl’s at the Orchard Center on July 10 while allegedly exposing himself and then trailed her to her home where he tried to enter through a window.
  • Detectives identified Adrean Walls during the probe and obtained a warrant for his arrest on July 16 before taking him into custody on Tuesday, July 21.
  • Walls faces charges of stalking, attempted fourth-degree burglary, and indecent exposure and is being held without bond at the Montgomery County detention/processing facility.
  • Montgomery County investigators are asking anyone who shopped at the Orchard Center or who may have been targeted to contact the 3rd District Investigative Section or submit anonymous tips to Crime Solvers or the P3Intel app.
  • Local records show Walls was listed as a freshman on Baltimore City Community College’s basketball roster last season, and police say they are checking possible links to two Silver Spring-area incidents from 2025 as they look for more victims.
