  • The National Centre for Seismology located the epicentre near Shirli village in Vasmat taluka at a depth of 10 kilometers.
  • Shaking was reported in Nanded city and the talukas of Ardhapur, Hadgaon, and Himayatnagar, as well as parts of Parbhani.
  • Hingoli Collector Rahul Gupta said houses and community halls in Pangra Shinde developed cracks, and he reported no deaths so far.
  • District administrations urged calm, put response teams on standby, and advised residents to secure tin-sheet roofs with bolts instead of stones while reporting issues to local helplines.
