Magistrates’ Courts Hand Down Bans, Fines and Suspended Terms in Drink-Driving and Theft Cases

  • Southampton: Oliver Tyers received a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, a 29-month driving ban reducible by 29 weeks, 60 days of alcohol abstinence monitoring and 15 rehabilitation activity days after a 121µg/100ml breath test and a crash.
  • Southampton: Emil Holewik was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £1,297.35 compensation for nine shop thefts committed between April and December 2025.
