Overview
- City aid for private vehicles will run from April 20 to May 20 with €4,000 for ZERO-emission cars and €2,000 for ECO models, plus an extra €1,500 for scrapping A or B cars, while support for C-label purchases is dropped.
- The taxi line offers up to €20,000 for new CERO or ECO eurotaxis and €10,000 for approved second-hand vehicles, with applications open May 1 to June 1 and a cap of 50% of the vehicle cost.
- Cambia 360 also funds charging infrastructure, covering up to 90% in resident car parks (to €150,000) and up to 65% in private residential garages (to €60,000), and backs micromobility with grants from €400 for e-bikes to €1,000 for e-motorcycles.
- The regional Plan Mueve Madrid adds €5 million in 2026 within a €13.32 million allocation for scrapping non-badged vehicles and supporting EV purchases, reserving 30% of incentives for people in low-emission zones.
- Since launch, Plan Mueve has logged 6,372 applications totaling €7.8 million, with 72% targeting the scrappage of vehicles without an environmental badge; eligibility spans adult residents, self-employed workers and SMEs across Madrid’s municipalities.
