- Capacity holds at 432 fixed beds with 24 contingency places for extreme cold, distributed across municipal centers and contracted pensions for a total of 456.
- Users receive a hot dinner and breakfast, hygiene and laundry services, basic nursing, secure storage, and case-by-case social assistance with a 51-person team.
- Free EMT buses, coordinated with SAMUR Social and Municipal Police, shuttle people from Plaza Elíptica and Atocha to the Pinar de San José and Vallecas centers on set evening and morning schedules.
- City outreach teams patrol to inform rough sleepers, with the mayor pledging that no person will be left without the option of shelter; last winter the city assisted 1,630 people.
