Der US-Batteriehersteller Lyten hat nach eigenen Angaben den Kauf der schwedischen Vermögenswerte seines insolventen Rivalen Northvolt abgeschlossen. Außerdem werde der Kauf der Northvolt-Einrichtungen im schleswig-holsteinischen Heide "vorangetrieben".
