- The LPGA unveiled the Nanea Cup on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, saying the inaugural tournament will be played March 11–14, 2027, at Nanea Golf Club in Kailua‑Kona on the Big Island.
- The field will feature 95 LPGA Tour players and 25 collegians from Stanford, Texas, Arkansas, Texas A&M and UCLA who will compete together in concurrent individual and team competitions.
- All players will tee off Thursday and Friday before the field is cut to the low 50 and ties, and college golfers who miss the cut will still play Saturday to help determine a team champion.
