Lovable Raises $400 Million as Valuation Jumps to $13.3 Billion

The funding will let the Stockholm startup scale enterprise tooling, strengthen governance, grow headcount, extend global integrations, support model post-training.

Overview

  • Lovable confirmed on Wednesday that it raised $400 million in a Series C at a $13.3 billion post-money valuation led by Menlo Ventures with the EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund co-leading.
  • The company reported it was tracking a roughly $500 million annualized run rate in June and says it is moving toward about $600 million in revenue this quarter.
  • Lovable’s platform auto-generates production-ready apps from natural-language prompts and now hosts more than 60 million projects that draw about 900 million visits per month.
  • The startup said the new capital will fund hiring to roughly 450 employees, deeper enterprise integrations, permissions and audit controls, and continued post-training of its models to meet corporate governance needs.
  • Investors from Europe, Asia and the U.S., including Tencent, Balderton and returning backers such as Accel and CapitalG, reflect broad global support and position Lovable as a major player in the fast-growing AI code-generation market.
