- Robinson worked on Sean McVay’s Rams staff from 2019–2023 in roles that included assistant quarterbacks coach, assistant wide receivers coach, pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach, overlapping with Jared Goff in 2019–2020.
- Across two seasons calling plays in Atlanta, his offense averaged 20.8 points per game last year with a top-10 rushing attack, and Bijan Robinson logged 2,298 scrimmage yards with First-Team All-Pro honors.
- Detroit’s opening followed the firing of John Morton after a 9–8 season, with prior interviews reported for Mike McDaniel, Mike Kafka, Jake Peetz and Tee Martin as Robinson becomes at least the fifth known candidate.
