Lima Water Cuts Continue Today as Sedapal Schedules New Outages for Dec. 1

The utility says the temporary suspensions support maintenance to improve distribution reliability.

  • Sedapal has announced additional scheduled cuts for Monday, Dec. 1 in Magdalena del Mar (10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.) and Puente Piedra (12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.), targeting specified neighborhoods.
  • The works include reservoir cleaning and pipe tie-ins intended to optimize storage and distribution, with service restored progressively as tasks conclude.
  • Residents are advised to store water in advance, tanker trucks are being deployed to priority areas, and the Aquafono hotline (01) 317-8000 is available for unresolved interruptions.
